Abstract:Mesozoic cretaceous brick red, Burgundy sandstone and sand shale are dense and hard, and have been regarded by hydrogeological workers as weakly rich strata. Regarding pore and fissure water in Mesozoic cretaceous red sandstone detrital rock in northwestern Zhucheng city as the research object, on the basis of field investigation, sampling test, hydrogeology drilling and pumping test, the environment of clastic rock pore and fissure water in this area have been studied. It is showed that groundwaterbearing of the fracture water and proe water in the area is relatively poor, and ribbonlike water rich area has been formed in northern Mengtuanjiayue fault which is affected by structures and waterblocking stratum. Fracture zone has been formed in the intersection of Jingzhijiayue and Wujilou fault due to multiple strong activities, and formed water rich zone. The groundwater quality tends to get worse, and NO3 occurred as surface pollution.
