On the basis of fully surveying present condition and policies of rural land management, it is regarded that in the current rural land management in Chengwu county, collective land ownership of land markets is still weakening, and poor circulation mechanism of collective land management and non-standardized management system. The rights of rural land ownership should be strengthened, implementation of land use control system should be carried out strictly, land administration system, laws and regulations be perfected,and target planning and monitoring be carried out at the same time.
