By fully using the policy of increasing urban construction using land and decreasing rural agricultural land, integration and remove of rural residential land, reclamation of agricultural land are strengthened in Mengyin county. Thus, new rural construction has been improved, the village appearance has been changed, the contraction between development and land use been eased, and urban and rural construction have been sped up as well.
