    摘要:

    煤层气钻井施工中的定向钻井轨迹控制技术在复杂地质条件下发挥着关键作用。本文以MB05B626L02井M1、M2井眼为例,研究了施工过程中出现的井漏和垮塌问题,分析了地质特征、设备精度和泥浆性能等影响轨迹稳定性的因素,提出改进泥浆处理工艺,优化定向仪器的使用,以提高轨迹控制的精度和稳定性。经模拟实验验证,使用优化后的技术,可以提高煤层气钻井的施工效率,减少施工中的故障率,保证井眼轨迹的稳定性。

    Abstract:

    The directional drilling trajectory control technology in coalbed methane drilling construction plays a key role in complex geological conditions. In this paper, taking MB05 B6 26L 02 well as an example, problems of wellbore leakage and collapse that occur during construction have been studied. The factors that affect trajectory stability, such as geological characteristics, equipment accuracy and mud performance have been analyzed. Improvement of mud treatment technology and optimization of the use of directional instruments have been proposed to improve the accuracy and stability of trajectory control. Through simulation experiments, it has been verified that the use of optimized technology can improve the construction efficiency of coalbed methane drilling, reduce the failure rate during construction, and ensure the stability of wellbore trajectory.
